In July 1946 Leslow, UK, began manufacturing and selling fasteners for bearings.

In October 1950 Rolls Royce Rolling Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was registered and began manufacturing and selling ball bearings.

In July 1957 the company was renamed Rolls Royce Bearing Manufacturing Limited in the United Kingdom.

In November 1960 a fully equipped new factory was completed on the premises of the Welsh headquarters in the United Kingdom.

In April 1966 as a British industrial specification, the factory manufactured products obtained the British manufacturing certification license.

In February1968 the foundry department was expanded by adding the original factory at 39-41 Chase Road in London.

In September 1971a Rome office was established in Italy.

In 1982 UK Rolls Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established as a local legal entity in the United States

In 1983 research and development of ceramic ball bearings began. Business cooperation with TIMKEN in the United States for wheel hub bearings and tapered roller bearings.

In 1988 the first phase of the Milan factory project in Italy was completed and began production.

In April 1992 the Indian Bimetallic Bearing Company was established. In 2003, it obtained ISO9001 certification.

In 2004 "Rolls Rolling Bearing Manufacturing Limited" and "Rolls Bearing Manufacturing Limited" merged to form "Rolls Shaft Manufacturing Limited".

In 2005 the headquarters moved from Wales to London.

In February 2009 passed ISO14000 certification.

In November 2011 the new office building of ROOS LAISS in the United States was completed. In November 2017, we focused on the Chinese market, actively developed distributors, and researched international market trends.

In July 2018 the first licensor was established in China.
